Flair Salon Services Ltd t/a Flair Hair & Beauty Supplies Online offers customers the chance to make purchases via our web site. The web site contains a selection of our most popular products from our wide range of Hair and Beauty supplies, including brands such as Aromawax, GHD, Alfaparf, L'Oreal, Ventura, Wella, Schwarzkopf, Hive, TLC – Love Your Hair, MUD Make-Up, Beauty Pro, Tigi, Olos, Famous Names, IBX, REM and Kemon.

Remember if you can't find what you want online; why not visit one of our stores where our friendly and helpful staff will be happy to guide you through your purchase.

How to order

Purchasing on the Flair Hair & Beauty web site is simple, quick and secure. To Log On, enter your email address and account number and you are ready to begin shopping.
Browse through the different product sections, looking at the wide range of products available or search for a product in the search box, enter the product name or product code and click search.  If you are looking for more information on the product, simple click view more details.

To add a single product to your order, click add to cart without entering a total then it will automatically add just one item to your shopping cart. If you want to order more that one of each item, enter the total amount you want to order in the box beside the product and click on the "add to cart" button beside the product. This places the items in your shopping basket, and shows you a confirmation message. To see what you have in your shopping cart, simply click on the 'Your Cart' tab at the top of the page.

To remove a product from your basket enter '0' in the quantity box and press 'change quantity' or enter. You can also change the quantity you require for each product. Don't forget to click "update order" to re-calculate your cart totals.
When you have added to your cart all the products you wish to buy, you will be ready to complete your order.

Please check that you've selected the required size of each product, and placed the required quantity and any related products you need in your cart. Check the total value of your order, remember your order will be delivered free if over €75.00+vat (excludes equipment, free delivery offer available to shoppers in Ireland only). All our products are quoted excluding vat just like in our beauty mail order catalogue and in our stores. You can see the total price including vat in your shopping cart.

If you have not already registered with us before you will be guided through a simple registration process, where we collect your name and address details. You can register before you begin shopping or at the checkout after you complete your order. Your information will be held securely, so you won't have to enter it again next time you visit Flair Hair & Beauty online. If this is your first order, once you have given us your details you will return to see your complete order. By registering with us online you agree to allow us to contact you by email or phone. We do not offer your details to any third party company.

Information about our customers is carefully protected as required by data protection and consumer legislation.

When you are happy with your order, click "checkout." Your order will be acknowledged by e-mail shortly afterwards.
Next, enter your credit card, debit card or PayPal details on our payment page. Your credit card details are very secure as we use AIB/Real-Ex to record your details. You will not be charged for goods that are not in stock.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and all major debit cards. If you would like to pay by bank transfer, this is fine, just call us on 1890 564040 or +353 45 898501 and we will guide you through the ordering process. (Please note: we must have cleared funds before goods are dispatched).


Special Offers

Special offer prices shown are only available from the website to online trade customers. These offers are not available in Flair Hair &
Beauty stores. To avail of the offer you must place your order online and have it delivered to your salon. Please note: Flair On-Line Special Offers cannot be used with any other promotion (example: 10% first order discount does not apply to discounted offers).

Vat Free Sale Days Explained

VAT Free sale offer means we offer a discount that is the equalivent of vat free. You will still be charged VAT (that's the law) but the total discount you receive is as if we had not charged it. For example, if a product costs €10.00 +VAT the total you normally pay is €12.30. During our VAT Free Sales, we reduce the price down to €8.13 +VAT so the total you pay is €10.00, which is the same as the original price, but without the VAT.

VAT Free discount does not apply to delivery charges and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, Multibuy or discount. Offer excludes Olaplex, Tigi, ghd, gift vouchers, training books, courses and kits. VAT registered customers can claim back the vat on their invoice. To comply with the law, we must still charge VAT on the invoice, therefore we offer a discount instead. Offer not available to credit or wholesale customers.

Salon Furniture

If you are ordering salon furniture, we will inform you of the estimated delivery time shortly after receiving your order. As these items are not dispatched by our couriers, they may therefore take a little longer to deliver. A delivery charge will apply to all salon equipment ordered.


Trade Buyer Status

Flair Hair & Beauty is a Trade Only Company. By ordering products from us you are confirming that you are a qualified Hairdresser, Beauty Therapist, Make-Up Artist or Nail Technician, and as such are competent in using the products sold on this website. We will not be held responsible for any injury or damages incurred by unqualified users of our products. We reserve the right to ask for proof of professional status, where purchases of chemicals are concerned, and to refuse to fulfill an order if we believe the person ordering is not a trade customer.

Flair reserves the right to correct any pricing errors on the site.

To shop in our stores you will need to register for a Flair PRO Trade card, to do this you need to visit your local store, show id and proof that you are in the hair and beauty industry, the list below shows what can be classed as proof: you need one of these,

  • Salon business card and a letter from solicitor or accountant
  • Student enrolment letter, stating course dates
  • Trade reference or buying card from another hair and beauty trade supplier
  • Business cheque book or business credit card
  • If registering online and ordering for the first time, a member of our staff will contact you with some questions to confirm that you are working in the hair or beauty trade.

Exchanges and Refunds

Sending or bringing products back to us is no problem so long as they are returned within 28 days of delivery*, unused, in pristine condition and in their original packaging. Products can be exchanged or a credit note issued by posting the item back to Flair Hair & Beauty at the address below. Refunds cannot be processed in store for online orders. Please ensure a copy of your packing slip/invoice accompanies the return. We will, of course, refund the cost of carriage if your product is faulty or if it is not what you ordered. However, we will require you to cover the cost of return in all other circumstances, and in addition your original delivery charge will not be refunded. If you choose to return the item to Flair Hair and Beauty please allow up to 14 days for administration.

*Please note for furniture and equipment orders that are cancelled more than 5 working days after being placed, you will be charged 20% of the value of the goods as well as the delivery charge.

Due to hygiene regulations we cannot accept returns of clippers, scissors, tunics (uniforms), beauty implements, or razors if they have been used. This list is not exhaustive. Your statutory rights are not affected.

 
Faulty Items

If an item you received is faulty, please contact our customer service dept on 045 898501 immediately. Faulty items will be replaced provided the goods are in their original condition and have not been tampered with. (Example if an items outer casing has been opened or a plug has been cut from its cable, then your warranty will become void). If we are unable to replace an item you will be offered a credit note to the value.

Delivery

Delivery Address:

You have the option to give a different delivery address to the invoice/card address. This means that you can have the parcel sent to, for example, your workplace or to a friend as a gift. Please try and give an address where there will be someone present to sign for your order between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. You also have the option to give instructions for the parcel(s) to be left with a neighbor or in another safe place; however goods are left at your own risk.

Goods Damaged On Delivery
When you receive your parcel or pallet always sign it 'UNCHECKED' unless the driver is prepared to wait as you check your order to see that no goods have been damaged in transit. In the case of salon equipment it is best to open each box and check for damages before the driver leaves. If you notice any damages please report it to us on 353 45 898501 within 48 hours of receipt of delivery as any claims made after this time cannot be entertained.

Delivery Rates:

Delivery in Ireland (North & South)

€5.00 + vat per parcel up to 30kg (not including furniture), all orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same day (excluding VAT free sale days). All orders over €75.00 +vat are delivered free (not including furniture).

If we are not able to fulfill your full order within 3 working days, we will inform you and in most cases we will give you the option of sending out what we have, and the rest later. You will not be charged extra postage for this.

Allowances should be made for orders placed at the weekend and at times of National/Bank Holidays.

UK & Rest Of Europe Delivery

All UK orders are delivered at €10 per parcel up to 30kg. European orders: Upon receipt of your order we will contact you by email with a quote on shipping at our cost. All orders outside of Ireland are not included in free shipping offer.

Privacy
Flair Hair & Beauty is committed to protecting your privacy. When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, delivery address, credit or debit card number and the card's expiry date. This allows us to process and fulfill your orders. We also ask for your telephone number, which enables us to contact you urgently if there is a problem with your order and also for your credit card details. This information is held securely and Flair Hair & Beauty complies with the applicable Data Protection and consumer legislation. We treat all your personal information as fully confidential.
To complete an order you will be asked to register with us. This is where your details are collected and maintained. We also ask you about your business type and for your agreement to occasionally notify you about offers and events at Flair. If you would rather not receive this information then please click on the box to remove permission.
Registering with us makes it easier and quicker for you to order from us on your next visit. We do not pass your information onto other companies.
